Return Policy

1) Conditions for refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases
- Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide a refund or replacement at no additional charge. It may take up to 10 business days for a refund for a damaged product to be credited to your bank account.
2. No Refund :
-We do not refund unwanted products or products that do not match your personal preferences. It is important that you review your purchase carefully before completing the order. It is also not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed.
-It is not possible to cancel the order after purchase.
3. Exchanging for a different size
If the customer has chosen a wrong size during the purchase, it is possible to request a different size, but only up to 12 hours after the purchase before the package is shipped. After that, it is no longer possible.
IMPORTANT: Items come in different sizes depending on the brand, so it is possible that a larger size than ordered online will be delivered to our store.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size after delivery, please follow the instructions below:
a. Returning the product: You must return the product in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, otherwise no refund will be possible. Items must be returned unwashed, suitable for resale and with the tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not returned in accordance with this policy.
The hygiene and safety of our customers is very important, therefore some items cannot be returned for refund:
Face and body products if they have been opened or used or if the protective seal is not intact.
Underwear whose hygienic seal is not intact or whose tags are broken.
b. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and shipping the replacement product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is returned safely.
c. Contact Us: Contact our customer service department at info@kaleide-london.uk to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions and any additional information needed.
4 Refund Procedure.
Once we have received and verified the returned product and confirmed that it is within our refund policy, we will proceed with a refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
